Why we built RiSeva, and why it’s free
Most local businesses are invisible online. Nobody tells them why.
Plumbers, dentists, HVAC companies, physical therapists. Most of them are good at what they do. They show up on time, do the work right, and their existing customers love them. But when someone nearby searches for what they offer, they don’t appear. A competitor with half the experience and worse reviews shows up instead.
Here’s a pattern we see constantly: a business with 20 years of experience and genuine five-star work ranks below a competitor who has 75 reviews to their 18, a more specific category on their Google Business Profile, and a homepage that actually mentions the city they serve. Three things. All fixable. Nobody told them.
A lot of these businesses can’t afford an SEO agency. Or they’ve hired one and gotten vague graphs, made-up metrics, and renewals that kept coming regardless of results. The agency kept the knowledge and the business kept paying.
SEO isn’t that complicated at the local level. But it’s been deliberately mystified by people who profit from the confusion.
